PE  and Swimming 

Terms 1 - 3

Paddington Station will have swimming Monday and indoor PE Tuesday.

Faraway Tree has outdoor PE Tuesday and Indoor PE Wednesday.

Terms 4-6 

Paddington Station will have indoor PE Tuesday and outdoor PE Thursday.

Faraway Tree will have swimming Monday and indoor PE Tuesday.

Please ensure that your child has both indoor and outdoor kits in school at all times.

1. Indoor Kit: White T-shirt and Black shorts.
2. Outdoor Kit: White T-shirt, Black Shorts, Tracksuit bottoms and Top/Jumper. Trainers and spare socks.

 

Homework

• Reading - Children should read at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes each. These need to be signed and dated, as separate signatures, by an adult. Reading diaries are checked every Monday morning.
• Times Table Rockstars - Children to complete 10 garage games for homework each week. These will be checked each Thursday. 
• Spellings - Children to complete their spelling homework each week which is set on a Thursday and is due to be completed by the following Thursday. 
• Optional Homework – Children will be set optional homework at the start of each term. Please see the weekly newsletter for more information.

Children will be asked to make up any of the home learning time that they have not completed in LCU. Please ensure that they complete their weekly assignments.
